The squattime app does not collect your data. There are no accounts, no analytics, no ads, and no trackers. The app has no server of its own.

Your squats

Your rep counts, holds, personal bests, and streak are stored on your device. They never leave it through us.

The camera

squattime uses the camera to see where your hips and knees are, so it can count a rep when you reach depth and time a hold when you stay down. All processing happens on the device using Apple's Vision framework. The camera preview you see on screen is drawn locally and is never recorded, saved, or sent anywhere.

Game Center

Leaderboards and challenges run through Apple's Game Center. If you are signed in to Game Center, your scores and Game Center display name are handled by Apple under Apple's privacy policy. If you are not signed in, the app still works and nothing is shared.

Challenge links

When you share a challenge, the rep count and the name you chose are placed in the link itself. Nothing is uploaded. Whoever you send it to sees exactly what is in the link and nothing more.

This website

This website (squattime.tech) runs no analytics at all: no cookies, no trackers, no third-party scripts. Nothing about your visit is recorded.

The app itself is free of all of this either way — nothing in squattime phones home.
